That's how success stories always sound good: after a flash of inspiration at night, the idea was worked out in a garage the following morning and has helped the hitherto modestly living inventor to achieve wealth and fame.

Our history
Since 2008, our history consists of hard work combined with a lot of passion, and we are very proud of it!
With over 15 years of professional experience as an independent entrepreneur and over 20 years of expertise in working life, we are far beyond start-up status and are not only familiar with agency life, but also with the structures of national and international corporations.
We are a grown, stable company with an experienced team, and we are owner-managed - so what happens in the "Höhle der Löwen" is exclusively determined by us.
A lot of expert knowledge, a team mindset
Our definition of success is that we want to work at eye level with our clients and achieve the best results for them in the long term. This aspiration has a lot to do with passion for the subject, strategic thinking and creative approaches to solutions for which we are happy to change perspective.
We see ourselves as individuals and as a team. Everyone is an expert in their field and together we optimize the big picture. But you can't make an omelet without breaking eggs. Of course we're not perfect, but we learn from our mistakes and our ambition is huge.
What else is important to us
We know trends and are always up to date - but in our agency we live traditional values
We have job titles, but we make sure that they have real meaning. And employee motivation and recognition - we package much nicer!
We believe that respectful interaction, both within the team and between client and agency, is at least as important as performance.
Our team
Our team is as diverse as our offering. Together we cover all areas in the digital web agency environment: strategy, consulting, design and conception, programming and technology, marketing and maintenance.
That's full service, yet we don't like the term. Because what about unconventional solutions, fun factor, flexibility, giving impulses and considering the customer as a team member? For us, that goes far beyond a full service offering.
