Who are we?

Step 1

Do you like what you read? Do you have the feeling that you fit well into the team and can also inspire our customers with your knowledge? Then we look forward to reading from you – preferably in digital form. Please send us your meaningful documents with references, certificates and curriculum vitae.

Step 2

As soon as we have received and viewed your documents, we will contact you. When we get to know each other for the first time via video conference, we mutually use the opportunity to get an impression of each other. You speak directly to the management, and all expectations – from both sides – come straight to the table. We are curious to find out where you stand and where you see yourself, because further development is an important part of the cooperation for us.

Step 3

If facts and feelings fit, it is high time that we get to know each other personally. In Munich we will show you the agency over a coffee and you can take a look at the jobs. Of course, we also talk more specifically about the position and the requirements and about a possible trial day. We see the trial work as an opportunity for both sides, so that the good feeling from the talks is, at best, confirmed in practice.

Step 4

Green light from both sides? Perfect, then the hiring process can start: We draw up the contract, our colleagues carry out the onboarding process and we warmly welcome you as a new team member!
